Witness Presence Support

1. Joining a session

You’ll receive a participant code from the host of the Witness Presence session. Ensure the Witness Presence Bridge is installed and running on your computer before launching the app. Note: For demos or review sessions, the Bridge is not required.

1. Enter the 6-character code you received in the participant code field.
2. Press the Join Session button once it's illuminated. Note: You will not be able to join if you don't see the Bridge connected message below the Join button. For demos and reviews, the Bridge is not needed.

If the code is valid and the Bridge is connected, you'll join the session on your device.

2. Meeting actions

You join a session, then start a meeting within it. Once you're in, you can prepare before starting the meeting.

1. Press the Start Meeting button when you're ready
2. You can Pause and Resume the meeting at any time
3. When the meeting is finished, press End Meeting then the End Session button to confirm.
4. After confirming the end of session, the screen will switch to Session Complete. Press the Exit button to close Witness Presence.
