Welcome to the products and services provided by Reel Human LLC, including Witness™ and Witness Presence™ (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Description of Services
- Witness™ enables users to capture and cryptographically sign media at the moment of capture.
- Witness Presence™ enables cryptographic session-scoped verification for remote interviews and live sessions.
- Services may include mobile applications, desktop integration tools (including Presence Bridge), backend verification systems, and web-based admin consoles.
2. Lawful Use
- You may use the Services only for lawful personal or professional purposes.
- You are responsible for any content you capture, store, or share.
- You may not attempt to bypass, manipulate, or interfere with authenticity or integrity protections.
- You may not use the Services for fraud, impersonation, or unlawful surveillance.
3. User Content & Ownership
- You retain ownership of media and session content you create.
- The Services embed cryptographic metadata, signatures, timestamps, and device/session identifiers to attest authenticity and integrity.
- For Witness Presence™, customers control access to session artifacts stored within their accounts.
- You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable privacy, employment, and recording laws.
4. Intellectual Property
- The Services and underlying technology are owned by Reel Human LLC.
- "Reel Human," "Witness," and "Witness Presence" are trademarks of Reel Human LLC.
- The Services are built on a patent-pending dual-signer certificate architecture.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the Services except as permitted by law.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Witness Presence may integrate with third-party conferencing platforms or operating systems. Reel Human is not responsible for the operation or policies of those platforms.
6. Service Availability
- Some features may require communication with Reel Human backend services.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for security, maintenance, or operational reasons.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reel Human LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reel Human LLC from any claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
