Licensing applies when Witness is used as part of an organization, business process, or institutional workflow, including but not limited to:

• Media, journalism, or investigative organizations
• Employers using Witness as part of hiring, staffing, or HR workflows
• Legal, insurance, or compliance-related documentation
• Training, auditing, or evidentiary capture
• Any deployment where Witness is used on behalf of an organization rather than solely for personal use

These use cases introduce requirements beyond individual capture, such as scale, accountability, auditability, and support.

What licensing covers

Professional licensing may include access to:

• Organizational dashboards and device management
• Policy controls and audit visibility
• Verification and validation tooling at scale
